Dr. Sopheap SENG earned his PhD in computer science from Grenoble University in France. Currently, he is a lecturer in Data Science and the President of the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT). He has experience teaching and conducting research in the field for more than 15 years.

Dr. Sethserey SAM earned his PhD in computer science from Grenoble University in France. Currently, he is a lecturer in Automata Theory and the Director General of Institute of Digital Research and Innovation (IDRI). He has experience teaching and conducting research in the field for more than 12 years.

Mr. Samboeun HEAN earned his Master of Science in Computer Science with a Specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Taganrog Institute of Technology, Southern Federal University in Russia. Currently, he is a lecturer and the Vice President of the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT). He has experience teaching and conducting research in the field for more than 15 years.

Dr. Phutphalla KONG earned his PhD in Computer Engineering from University of Mons, Belgium. Currently, he is a Lecturer and Researcher in Artificial Intelligent and the AI Research Coordinator of the Institute of Digital Research and Innovation (IDRI) in the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT). He has experience teaching and conducting research in the field for 12 years.

Dr. Dona VALY received his PhD in Engineering Science and Technology from Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. At IDT, he is an invited lecturer on Machine Learning. He is currently the head of Mechatronics and Information Technology Research Unit at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, and a Research Advisor at IDRI. His research interests span on Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. He has been in Academia since 2011 and has more than 10 years of experience in teaching and conducting research.

Mr. Sokchea KOR earned his Master’s Degree in Applied Computer Science from Heidelberg University in Germany. Currently, he is a lecturer in Computer Graphics and researcher at Institute of Digital Technology, Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT). His research interests include Document Image Processing & Recognition, Computer Graphics, and Simulation. He has experience teaching and conducting research in the field for more than 8 years.

Mr. Robert HöR is our chief innovation and entrepreneurship officer, holding a Master of Science in Digital Management. He implements digital projects with companies, runs numerous innovation programs and teaches critical thinking, communication, and other soft skills at CADT. Doing things out of the box and offer passion driven experiences to his students is one of his main credos.

Mr. Khema VAN earned his Master of Information Technology. Currently, he is a lecturer in System Administration and Next Generation Network Based on Service Provider. And he is the Deputy Director General of Institute of Digital Technology (IDT), Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT). He has been teaching and working in the field of ICT for more than 20 years.

Mr. Socheat CHEA earned his Master of Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology from Shenzhou Institute, China Academy of Space Technology in 2020. Currently, he is a lecturer in Data Communications and Math for Engineering. And he is also a Program Coordinator in Department of Telecommunication and Networking of the Institute of Digital Technology, CADT. He has been teaching and working in this field for more than 6 years.
